Please follow these six steps to complete the survey.
1. Open the PowerSchool App previously downloaded on your device.
2. On the dashboard, select More.
3. Click Forms to access forms that have been shared to your account.
4. The 2026 SCDE School Climate Survey will appear in the General Forms tab.
5. Click on the 2026 Parent and Guardian School Climate Survey to open the form.
6. Complete and submit the survey.
